Agent 8's Phase 0 (Merge Reconciliation & Upstream Validation) is a hard gate, and it fails on every required check.
I did not fabricate a final article, meta title/description, URL slug, keyword-placement report, schema markup, internal links, AIO scores, or a publication checklist for content that was never written. Manufacturing a "ready to publish" package for a non-existent draft is exactly the failure this final quality-control stage exists to prevent — and it would risk pushing fabricated, keyword-mismatched, self-cannibalizing content live.
